concentric concentric circles of anguish akin to watery ripples surround her soul but his perception of reality has changed her own; with his help, she now applies new theories to her madness. mentally, she reaches for him and the comfort he radiates. he feels her insinuate herself into his mind and joins her where their energies converge, and he again draws her back to reason. in the offing she catches a whiff of storm, a shared passion, though never enjoyed together. waiting for its arrival she watches the mating of a pair of dragonflies and in their coupling sees themselves, one inside the other. before the start of the squall, theytake flight and she entrusts her ardor to them, for delivery. each dragonfly he sees, ever after, will remind him of hernever ending love. 08-06-10 ©tlp 2010
