Connubial Coercion!
Thanks Barbie, Sunday lunch was just great: Ken, 'twas a real pleasure; how well you ate! Now for a snooze, and then maybe some fun? Whoa! first take Fifi for her overdue run! Aw gee! okay, your wish my command; In that case when back, another demand! Hi honey, I'm home! she got into a scrap; Please be a dear, and fix leaking tap! Inwardly groans as he gropes for right tool; I'm not finished yet, my sweet, doting fool! Tap has stopped dripping, he's now on edge; Pretty please, darling, just trim the hedge! And so it went on, from one task to another; Till her could he very cheerfully smother! Came bedtime, angry, exhausted and weak, Civil and cool; to her he would speak! Oh Ken! it's now playtime! you I will delight; I'm too bloody tired, just put out the light! If you've read the tabloids, you'd have noticed, perforce, They're no longer together, for he sued for divorce! PS. My name is Ken, and I live alone.
