No one told me to think Before I made a crucial decision Oh, how sorry I am That I hurt you so You were there to guide me But I ignored your presence You could have saved me from this pain I could have saved you I condemned your thoughts Gently brushing off advice While hidden amongst closed doors Now here I am Trapped in a maze With no way out Not even you can save me from this disaster I have brought upon myself I plead for your forgiveness Your palpable response Painful as can be It hurts to hear your words But I am aware of this perpetual mistake
