And so we find ourselves lost, again. Lost within this world of contradictions Of sturdy legs of custard running through winds of change With polished pearly white smiles that radiates the darkness from within Etched on the flogged backs of ecstasy With tainted tears we stood amongst open graves and watched the redeemed bath in ice blue flames that singes the skins of marbled white dripping icicles as they walk the desolate desert plains of uncertainty in times of prosperity Where favoured sons and daughters became beggars on the winding streets of decay, sipping sweet poison under the sway of toxic lullabies Where diamond encrusted mirrors fail to reflect the truth: That the only contradiction lies dormant within you…
