CRASH AND BURN
Crash And Burn * Her eyes took him in like a long cool drink, and she cast her gaze before he had time to think. * Her glance lay frozen in quiet observation, and needless to say, he did not turn away. * He cast one back that would be her equal, and from that moment inseparable. * Pawing, clinging, they could not get enough. They could crawl inside, and still not be stuffed. * When the storm blew in with it’s holy rage, there was nothing left for them to save. * They had used it all up… every inch of each other. Fought fire with fire, and then watched it smother. * When love burns hot and comes on so fast, It’s much too turbulent to ever last * But of all the loves for which we still yearn, the one tattooed Is the crash and burn. * WordPlaya, June 7, 2010
