Crashing Waves

Lost in a ocean of time, in a pool of decaying expectations, rushing and racing through every minute, never slowing but always in a lapse of movement, aspirations and dedications mean nothing to this sea, Each baring wave crashes with a reminder, the past is there for notes of where you have been, you may drown in sorrow or float in pain, swim with happiness or cramp with ecstatic thoughts, sculling through time as it pushes you where you ought to be, In failures or successes life is in control, waves of power, wisdom, or misfortune maybe abroad, swim away or go right for the eye, for hopes and dreams stay a float for some time.
