Dad's not coming home
Remember back when you were sniffing glue Every kid in the neighbourhood looked up to you Some went down the right track, some followed your path Now they long for their freedom to Do you feel isolated in your cell for two? At least you now think of just how low you sink And how much better you could do Children you cant bear to see lead through these cages innocently Till their turn to be punished for their crimes When they follow daddy’s ways and lies Families will divide, breaking hearts inside Paths already chosen, written in stone The victims are children that now play alone In the streets that will eventually steal their precious souls Sadness awaits as their tiny hearts crumble and break Daddy’s not coming home
