Danielle
Anger freely abounds in me My blood sears my viens. Boiling anguish she cannot see How suppresed violence maims. I fight, I claw in tempered angst To close in on my beloved prey I hate, I despise her armored flanks Yet it is love for which I slay. My feelings charred, wail in unison All equivalently torched by her selfish scorn Emotions flare, I am undone My love a child newly born. Hardly aware she walks away, She pains my heart, blackened with decay.
