Dark charm and grace

He sits there staring, takes another drink, Icy cold, enough to make him bold He has time to contemplate, Courage was never this late, To be stupid but be wasted, Best lie he ever tasted. Pop off the cap and pour another drink, Heart beats fast, the boldness shall not last Screams inside his head, seeing only red Heart dead and broken, lies left unspoken He has time to take a breath Audition as the hand of death, Brain chemically offended, Another life stupidly ended. Stumble on through the door, returning never more Leave to sigh and cry, one more left to die He leaves now to rectify, Lies and pain to sanctify, Bullet rips apart her head, Then he too slumbers as if dead.
