Darkness Calls

Why do you try to evade the darkness? Why do you hide with the sun`s demise? Why do you fear to walk in shadows? Why do you live only half your life? Why do you think you can stop the demons If you believe that angels fly? If you believe in God and Devil Why do you think you know who lied? How can light be if there`s no darkness? Without the devil would god have might? What is one worth without the other? What would our lives be without night? No one is good and no one`s evil To every being there are two sides Evil and good always share a soul Balance is the only thing that counts Balance will be ! You cannot fight it If you lived all white than black you`ll die Lock up the evil that lives inside you From deep within it will tear your mind Believe me friend there is no devil Our dearest lord God is but a lie There`s only one being in perfect balance He`s velvet darkness and sparkling light The darkness lives, it calls your name But have no fear it means no harm A part of you is his to own Step into it`s peaceful calm It`s velvet touch will sooth your soul Your eyes will rest in endless whist Your divided soul will become whole You`ll see the sky and the abyss We are children of the darkness As we are children of the light If we enjoy the sun`s caress Why should we fear the black of night?
