preservation of self is a potent force when the test comes along all else fades so friday i watched myself as i took it my consciousness thanks my spirit vessel for doing a perfect job to avoid death the bonnet that dislocated my shoulder was much harder than i had anticipated and as i got deflected off to the side i was firstly amazed at the long fall when i was suddenly greeted by cement i could not properly brace for impact my left shoulder was already wrecked and so i remember the strangest thing as my chin hit the very real sidewalk i saw myself then on the profile view as i tilted my jaw up to take the floor it is like my brain tried to picture the reason for that incredible shock as far as i know i briefly passed out and when i came to i barrel rolled off away from the street automatically to save my life from any other cars looking back i saw tail lights shining red at a good measure of twenty meters away by coming so close to death last week i look at what i am doing now and i wonder if it was worth it to see these coming days that would otherwise have been left unseen
