Dear Oh Dear, Where Be You?

Dear oh dear, where be you? Chuckles, giggles and laughter you brought, Somehow, now, you bring distraught You left without reason, With such abruption Helpless and hopeless, thinking you were heartless, Pretending like I was unfazed A smile I used as a weapon of choice, My one and only disguise Footprints reduced from two pairs to one, Where o' where have you been, my dearest? A routine of smokes, A glass of beer or two Reminiscing all day long, Wondering why you ever left my heart in pieces Dear oh dear, where be you?

I am new to poetry and I am passionate about this as I have finally found a way to express myself freely without any fear. I would love to hear suggestions as to where I can improve I wouldn't mind constructive criticisms as I want to learn more.
