Dementia
Agony arises once more A beast of tooth and claw Bloody intent lusting for pain Such a harvest he will reap in my heart Red eyes glow in the darkness No longer is my solitude safety Guilt and loathing stalk the quite places And this consciousness is relentlessly hunted A body at war with mind Nails tear and rip a weak flesh A mind bent on self destruction Wasting all that is good and beautiful Sanity begins to crumble around the edges And pain consumes my world Wrong and right blur like water And dementia is embraced…
