Depth of a Shadow

Why are my smiles so forced..? Why am I falling with unfeeling pain? it is so dark and yet such distant light descends, my childish dreams have been taken away. Guilt, jealousy and shame overtakes me Sorrowful good-byes and pitiful faces and promises made, exposed of lies... Life is like a clock, Ticking your every step... and when the clock stops your heart stops beating. Biggest regrets ever thought of Years pass and the warmth and light of the sun dies out, the world so small far from view... but in the depth of a shadow.
