Destroyer of the Spawn
Seems unheard of, though we hear, How a child’s life can suddenly end, brutally Echoing manufactured monstrosities, Lingering unthinkable offenses, During this age of trying times. Endlessly struggling to wake from this nightmare, A nation weeps uncontrollably, Needlessly calling on the elected of their soil Humanity bears the weight of carrying Uncivilized few, inundating a culture, Mutilating aspirations of youth And what exactly are they feeding off? Nourished from hosts in disbelief? Reapers of the continent Enhanced by vile dark passion Show yourself to the bereaved Try to justify your actions (Innocent a child lies, in a ditch of cries Nearly dead but left alive, forgotten like goodbyes) Please give us the strength to change this world today Enlighten those who need it most before they’re left astray A mother prays, father pleads, a world requests some peace Cause of pain should fade away and be replaced with ease End this age of trying times - psychological disease
