Diamond eyes
within her diamond eyes I found a freedom long lost that whirled my soul among the ecstatic peace of love, once and forever filled again, thought long lost. As I listened to her murmurs among the beating of her gentle natured heart Her existance proof that God exists and wondered how it came to be, she gave her soul away, she gave it all to me. At first wondering of my deserving such a gift on reflection knowing she would not choose wrongly, her wisdom sees me, knows me, my faults, my passion. A thousand thousand men have never known this bliss and countless countless more will not receive her kiss. To say that I will love her sounds so shallow and empty, I cannot describe these feelings, fool though I still try, a lifetime of loving her, words need not apply. If I could speak the power of the truth to her, the sound of these words would make them less for the speaking, to hold her and make her understand is the answer, to touch her face, to bathe in her smile, more than any man would want, or could desire.
