Dilemma

Standing at a crossroad pondering my dilemma -whether to remain with the known, familiar -those old comfort zones or- to veer wildly and risk it all... Yes, I know change is intimidating but also that it liberate and sometimes is necessary... Young, I threw caution to the wind embraced spontaneity but now, leeriness numbs me with those silent "what ifs..." and I weigh pros and cons ruminate endlessly, each day seeking signs -a message, some form of guidance. Afraid of making the wrong choice I leave things to "destiny" a roll of the dice, I resign myself to patience and prayer. But, still I teeter on a precipice, perplexed not knowing to- relax or to run.
