DO SCARS EVER FADE
I have a scar Tattoed on the bossom of my fragile heart Down below Deep In the blood flowing veins Of my mirrored soul I have a scar Projected in the dusty streets of Soweto Painted on the arms Of Hector Peterson I have a scar That says cry Africa, cry Rwanda is awash in blood of Souls that were guilty of Souls that were innocent Slaughtered in a systematic genocide of Hutu-controlled government I have a scar That haunts the future With its marbled passageways Covered in taints of blood of the past Left by the Steven Biko's Of this cold world Listen! I said i have a perpetual scar That bleeds in hoods of tears Do scars ever fade? Bio oil Has failed to remove this scar Sriptured deep In the eyes of my heart
