Don't judge a book by its cover

Dedicated to someone special, you know who you are :) You’re great, and sometimes you don’t even know it, with your words and poetry are the simple ways you show it. There are the days where you have fallen and there you lie, drenched in defeat. I get you, I feel you when it seems like there is nothing left we take this simple retreat. There are times when we are shunned and there are others when we are loved, but most are distasteful and certainly in this life we feel wasteful. Some days you are a novel, filled with dreams and adventure, where each chapter I read my heart is filled with a suspension. then you are the author, just trying to escape this routine So go ahead and write your lines, the ones I read between.
