Drowning Decisions

·Ladyhawk

Decision Swimming through crowded space Face scared, different predators coldness penetrates the surface. Skin deep a frightening race The pace to keep tomorrow as yesterday. The strive to keep up and escape the haste No one cares, nobody sees, nowhere to breathe. Hit centre rock, strong currents I linger, breathe, choices of my life Should I let go and let the flow guide me away Carrying my body through the strife. Or should I hold on and wither slowly In hope, with faith, someone shall find me. Yet, should I hold on just a little longer And gain the courage to fight the current Swim through the crowds for all its worth And hope my feet shall touch the earth. To escape, be free, from its vicious price Where I can return for another paddle No longer fighting the bitter ice watching others’ sorrow Of eternal tomorrow living for yesterday Cold and wet between my toes Loving the feeling as it flows My choice, my sacrifice and all for simplicity questioning is it worthy? my mind and soul answers in harmony "yes" they said, "peacefully".

Ladyhawk

I am a bizarre nutter who came up from the gutter and sends your brains into a flutter! Feel your way through the unknown and absorb the experience via your senses, and tell me, what do they mean?
