Dust to Dust----The Pond
In a forest by a this pond Far so far away By the early rising Dawn I heard a cricket say, “Dust to dust and nothing more Less you be the wind! Dust to dust, forevermore Must there be no end!” On and on this cricket cried Far so far away By the pond where nothing died And everything did pray “Dust to dust that is the Law The Law of Love and Light, Dust to dust, to be but All And All to be so bright!” On and on the cricket chirped Silence filled the air Nothingness now did lurk Searching for Despair “I am the Wind,” a willow said, “Weeping by the Pond I am the Wind, my friend, instead To me the Dust belongs!” “Well, indeed, do be the breeze,” Replied the cricket, “Fine!” “Blow upon our soulful seas, Making waves divine!” Now a butterfly flew over To join the conversation, “Are you talking of Jehovah?” He cried with great elation “If you are do let me listen,” The butterfly did ask, “No brighter Star than His does glisten, In whose light we bask!” “Well, indeed, we speak of Bliss,” The willow then did say, “And we speak of Emptiness, Beyond the Dawn of Day!” “Everything is Everything,” Said the little cricket, “Dust to Dust is what we sing, Jehovah be our witness!” “He is the Light burning bright,” Rejoiced the butterfly, “In the deepest dark of Night, In the starry sky!”
