Evaporating

Will those precious moments we once shared remain frozen as they are? Or will we forge more cherishable moments to exalt when days get gloomy? What we once saw as a lighthouse has been razed by lingering gales that blew us into different realms, I gush to retrace our footsteps but dunes have buried them and denied vigour to the remaining manacles. I pray for the winds to reunite us...once more.

You may see the world thru my words. You may see yourself thru my words. But mostly you may assume my poetry is about me. If a line kicks off the edge, imagine what a poem would do.
