·d.h.poem

Based on true events. Your eyes are great I love your hair The way you move From here to there Perfect figure Eyes transfixed You get a ten Your friend gets a six Was that you looking over? It seems too far-fetched Heavenly woman Angelically sketched I hate to degrade Or fracture your class You go fetch a drink I'll look at your back The fact of the matter The important bit You're not great to talk to It's just that you're fit You say 'lol' more than many When there isn't a pun Romance with you Would be pretty, not fun You're a sweet little thing Nothing openly wrong But you say 'Souljah Boy' Is your favourite song Talking was fun Texting was great We'd talk till an hour Mediocrely late When it sprung to my mind, Why did I say 'hi'? Why did I make sure That I caught your eye? Why did I add her? Or approach her on chat? Why did I text her? Why did she text back? We had nothing in common Like a gem and a nit I only said 'hi' 'Cos I thought you were fit
