How can I trust you, When my life is a lie, I don’t listen to promises, Even if I try. How can I give you, My heart, Whole heartedly, If it's not whole to start with? How can I trust you, If I can't trust the mirror. Who can I trust, If I cant trust a sister. You can smile your amazing smile, And I'll stare for a while, But in my mind, Your on trial. I wonder, I dearly wonder, What’s going on behind your exterior, Cause I been fucked over before, And it won’t happen again, So put your finger on my chin, Lift my face and kiss me slow, But don't think I don't know Don’t think, I only know, What you show … Cause I know.
