What does anything mean if we don’t believe in it? Picture this irony, believe in believing To someone who does not understand to start with How can one grasp the concept of a concept? It would be like saying, “see me blind man” He believes in what he sees, which is not the same to the rest “Hear this song” to one who has not had the pleasure we disdain Yet he sings a different song, which is still what he believes he hears Now let us stretch this and perhaps you will comprehend me You are faith and faith you will be And that will bring forth whatever you believe in Have you noticed how faith and fail are only a few letters apart? Could it be the result of not believing it, you I have failed a trial and now have nothing This is most likely my finest moment, even though I am in despair. When you give up trying to see, Close your eyes and see nothing, For that is a good start. If you want to see everything and have everything First experience not seeing anything and having nothing It seems all I used to believe is, all a flop I have picked up in life I use this past tense for I am letting go, of following a path that does not lead home This is my declaration I am releasing the belief I had about myself, for it did not serve my purpose Be assured that your passion for the certainty, which is you, will guarantee your oath, Your commitment to yourself, which is Faith Ilse Stols
