Flames of Love

18 Dec 2006

That first time I set my eyes on you, God! Love was smoking through your eyes, Just like the flame of a volcanic eruption. You got my legs stuck on the ground, Like the force of gravity. The boiling fluid of my soaring emotion Splashed wildly like the waves of the Atlantic. The flames of your love smoked up my eyes. And I was trapped by your love, Like a robin in a cage. My heart somersaulted a billion times, As currents of your electric beauty, Flounced through my frozen system. Truly, madly, deeply, I knew it was love at first sight.
