Foretold not Chosen
With my charming, sweet voice and truncated half truths I have trundled your ears and tricked your empty selves so brilliant minds followed and your wit’s ridiculed false gospel hollowed your souls amputated your spirits and turned your bright eyes murky leading your world astray. Fools have gathered, fools believe now fools as wise men follow ... hunger insatiate, thirst unquenchable void me not through idle banter you know that I am real ... shall I continue or hush, be silent matters not, you’re lost, conquered. My thoughts are contrived like yours My wisdom ... its never questioned mutterings nefarious and perfidious falsehood reigns, new gods forged and The Only True God ... tainted I gave you lust and called it love gave you greed, dubbed it ambition turned you from Truth and Light would that the scales never leave your eyes and I shall smile contently ... it serves me well, just perfect I was foretold yet never chosen for I am he, the false messiah ...
