Forsaken

Earsplitting screams echo from every existing angle Piercing the midnight air with daunting threats of chaos Fiercely gnashing the perpetrators of sheer malevolence Escaping from the tunnel of untold forsaken secrets Stealthily the victims stalk their tracks for deliverance From the treacherous walls of redundant negligence To collapse into the arms of comfort and acceptance As the evocative lullaby induces opulent tears In the valleys of punishment desolate souls beg to be taken Back within the cradling embrace of romantic benevolence Projecting their intense desire, seducing the virgin clouds Stimulating the waves wafting the edges of their brains By Glenn McCrary © 2011 (All rights reserved)
