I came across a man taking a beating outside a pub In the fetal position curled up on the ground By four brave men kicking him from all around I could not stop myself from shouting at them extremely loud I said "what do you think you are doing" "Does it take four against one man" "Does it, does it, does it make you proud" One of the four said to me, "who the fuck are you" "Mouthing off to us while you can see what we can do" As I am working myself up for a tough uneven fight The man is still on the ground, for all I knew he could be fighting for his life I ground my teeth as I said "yes I would take the four of you on" "One by one, by one and when it is over I will hunt you all down" "For I run all the pub doors around here because you are in my town" One of them asked "was my name mad Mick" When he realised who he was talking to I could see he wanted to be sick Then I sad "who is first, or now you know who I am are you shiting a brick" They slowly backed off and said "we don't want any trouble" I replied "is that what that man on the ground said to all of you" I don't know what the victim had done to take a beating A beating by four cowards gang together, against one that made them brave But they should thank me for saving them from a long murder jail sentence By saving that one man from a grave This is a true story involving four cowardly young men when confronted by an ex-gangster, for beating and kicking one man who was down and out on the ground

I have a mental health illness and I was a inpatient in a private secure mental health hospital not because i was a danger to the public but because i myself was the only person who was in danger from me was myself and that will reflect in my poetry...
