Fracturing Fairytales: A Series of Poetic Disillusions Poem I - Disenchanted Beauty weeps again mascara melts. A mask around icy blue eyes. Her nose is running The pert little end all red. Lipstick smudged She never learns, Yet always hopes. Cursed spell! Will she ever find The perfect frog? Maybe she should just kiss a turtle. Poem II - Deceived Little Red Riding Dynamite Firecracker hot Visiting her granny Delivering some pot Wolves are salivating At her derriere Calling out obscenities To lure her to their lair Walking through the play ground Gunshots suddenly ring out A lone wolf lies there bleeding Where she shot him in the snout Poem III- Sleeping Deadly Slumbering perfection Exquisite in repose Bravely he approaches In revered awe Hand reaching out Stealing a caress Perfect lips tempt His errant kiss awakening her senses Now locked in her embrace Pearly teeth so sharp Sink deep into his tender neck Silently she feeds upon his lust

I have been writing poetry and fiction for several years now. It is truely one of my great pleasures in life to create beauty with words.
