From across the room i saw her there She was dancing, laughing unaware Her tapping feet they worked the floor Her crooked smile, i yearned for more Those emerald eyes that drew me in Flirtatious moves and wicked grin We fell in sideways through the door Still laughing as we hit cold floor Hours were stolen while we talked Then right out of my life she walked She left me nothing but her scent Her lingering words, i'm malcontent
