From The Edge

·Lee Anderson

Locked inside a room in my mind Thinking thoughts of fear Don't wanna look down Falling from the edge never felt so real Please, I can't do this, on second thought What's going on? Your pain and suffering, that's what Let's get this over with Somewhere more private, maybe? No, I think not Under suspicion Couldn't or wouldn't Step away from the edge It's a long way down But isn't it so inviting? That's so insignifigant You know, just give me some time We already played that game We took care of that It's time to step up and off the ledge Not afraid to say it now The crushing weight is gone Let's get out of here, this way You had better open this door and come on out No, I'm hiding here We gotta get back up there The predawn gloom is looming It's as grim as a pre-dug grave I thought we had an agreement here What the hell is going on now? Where are we going? Can I make it any more obvious? Let's just go as a team From the edge Off the ledge we sail.
