Garden of Eva
Bold curvatious joy sprung from the fountain of a heart once baren Baren like the dust-ridden unknown lands of heart, now lovingly sculptured by the eternal gardener in you Your love, the life-giving source carefully, timorously sprinkled on me night and day. Careful as not to allow my jealous, envious nature of patches green, to overgrow the fiery-red poppies of passion My weeds of love’s resistance proclaimed in cactus bushes Replaced, renewed You strengthened my roots of insecurities, removed my impurities My garden now filled with an intoxicated bliss The sweet smells of all four seasons Heart pegged in smiles of ice lilies, carnations and your sunflowers kisses. How beautiful this garden of Eva must be…..
