Ghosts
Ghosts exist, oh, yes, they do, and someday that will be me and you. Dead and gone spirits hanging ‘round, always observing, not making a sound. Free of life’s guises, the wisdom of the dead, it sees all, knows all, trumps heart and head. It sees our mistakes, it knows who we are, but it’s now too late to stop this car. So while we live is the time to ask, will our ghosts feel we were up to the task? And if not, we can alter our course, so we will be remembered for better, not worse.
