God Is Here

Born into a world where many fear, For be not afraid as God is here, Reaching out and securing our trust, As God sweeps away all that we lust, Keeping us safe from beginning to end, As we look up and watch Him descend, His words are good His words are great, He has a plan for us as we await our fate, At times we may feel we can’t do anything right, But having some faith will keep us alright, Walking towards Him we see a bright light, For He watches down and guides our lost sight, We call unto Him to guide us the right way, As our voice cries out saying Lord I’m here to pray, We lift our hands up and bow our heads down, As a smile appears and lose our once frown, Reaching out to Him extending our right hand, As we start to look up and begin to stand, It was You all along who I was longing for, As I take a step forward and You open up a door, Oh how I cried oh how I missed out, For from now on I shall never have any doubt, The feeling of faith the feeling of hope, It’s like I finally let go of temptations rope, For as we still remain in a world where many fear, My friends be not afraid for God is Truly here!
