**** I have revised this poem and tried to follow a particular meter in each couplet. Please tell me friends if this effort is worth something or the impact remains the same? The older version of this poem is also attached for reference. Thanks **** One day I laid in my bed and I thought ‘ONE is to worship’ is what I was taught? My castle of feelings got crumbled to stub When wrangle of reasoning ran in my sub I noticed I followed these feelings in me The drive of my life was an outcome of thee Fear is my god?.. as I’m always afraid For sins and misdemeanors will be repaid Greed is my god?.. as I’m tempted to thrive Throughout my life and till time I’m alive Joy is my god?.. as the pleasures of life Keep me inspired with the fuel they provide Pride is my god?.. as I walk on the ground Feeling of wisdom and honor profound I shook up my senses, I knew they were just A fragment of ‘Total’ being scattered to dust If gathered, combined, they structure the whole God is ‘Totality’……………..
