Going Home
Going Home I have seen all the wonderful places in the world, But none are compared to my home A home to live A shelter that I lay my head in Life without you is worthless. You are the reason that I wakeup You are my success, my charity begun from you You witnessed my childhood and adulthood. I am who I am because of you Thou I may look bright and prosperous, I am nobody without you. Where my heart is, lies my life Thou I may be welcomed at any house, My heart remains in you. Thou I may be opened any door, There is no place like home My place of peace. Through your encouragement, I have crossed the ocean Through your love mountains ceased before me Through your support heavy rains and storms came, But you keep me through. I was lost, but now I am found Have walked all the walks of life and found none simile to you I entered hotels and seen wonders, But none are compared to you. Days were good, but I thought is better to leave The lies of the earth, deceived me Beauties of so called modern apartments blind foldme The memories of yesterday go with me, Experience of today opened my eyes And so I am coming to you my home.
