Good or Evil?
A night of pounding rain, a loss of love, The fight with the insane, a cross, a dove, Always feeling balanced on the line, Not easy to make good or evil mine The clouds exhaust their anger, start to thin, (A glass of brandy lost, its heart within), How can one go back to lack of care, Once one's tortured track has led them there? Torrential rain has started now anew, (To think the pain has parted's never true), How easy just to be in one extreme, How hard it is to get there, so it seems Once the Tree of Knowledge has been touched, No more can simple ignorance be such, Forever will your nakedness be known, Forever 'til the nakedness of bone
