Goodly Parents
Goodly Parents Born of goodly parents, a Royal child of God, Those little feet were planted in this family’s precious sod Your awe inspiring Majesty was felt right from the start, A rambunctious little infant, great countenance did impart. Such a Grand, and wailing spirit placed in such tiny space, You wanted monumental reign, we saw it in your face. We felt the light and power that lies deeply in your soul; And knew your heart was yearning; to meet a greater goal. As your world expanded you just couldn’t get enough, Of bugs, and worms, and butterflies and other creepy stuff. Always full of questions on why, and where, and how? They were never left unanswered, and have made you greater now. There’s a very depth of wisdom we see in you today Your love of Natures gift of life, you hold to us, and say… “ Grandma,…it’s so beautiful , can we keep it please?’ You already know the answer , with compassion you release. There’s really never a question, you can’t answer by yourself. And if you or Dad don’t know it, the book is on the shelf. The very depth of wisdom we see in you today, Has come from goodly parents, who led you on your way. IlaMae Stucki© march 27, 2010

I am a Registered Nurse.. I have loved writing for as far back as I can remember. My first writing was experienced by drawing as a child. In 7th grade I wrote a poem about Abraham Lincoln that won an award and was read on the radio in Salt Lake City....
