Gravity and Eloquence
I listen, but can't know, The depths of their sorrow, My trials seem trivial, Compared with their woe, I lend an ear, a word, a hug, But nothing I do can make the pain go, I feel helpless and powerless, No comfort I offer, Will take away the cares, The past will reamain, To always be our bane.
