Grenade Lullaby

So ya, I'm back. My block is pretty much over I think. Sending angels away to their grave (never to come home) To play your game. Your truth (was a lie) Though you stand beside, behind the line (dead inside) Bullets are the stars and grenades are my lullaby (Goodbye my angel, goodbye.) Ball and chain, never be the same (when I look in your eyes) Told not to question, our tongues are tied (never to speak again.) Statue standing over graves (solo solider never held a grenade) Bullets are the stars and grenades are my lullaby (Goodbye my angel, goodbye.) Your sent to a hell (told to fight) you don’t believe (this isn’t right) Stained in red (by those who are dead) cannot breath, cannot see (want out, but can’t leave) (Goodbye my angel, goodbye.)
