Guileful
Guileful I awoke at dawn to find you gone Albeit your false hearted dream, That we would sing a beautiful song forever. I hold in me a loathsome pit That you in your deceitful way Turned my heart to not forget You betray. The stark imputation stays It drills in me such anguished pain, Because you up and stole away. You are vain I fear that I might love you still Unless the cesspool of your mind Was known to me, for I would kill Your memory. IlaMae Stucki © April 5, 2010

I am a Registered Nurse.. I have loved writing for as far back as I can remember. My first writing was experienced by drawing as a child. In 7th grade I wrote a poem about Abraham Lincoln that won an award and was read on the radio in Salt Lake City....
