Guilty Pleasures

Girl I swear that you fill me up with so much passion and pleasure compared to everyone else they just can't seem to measure up to even meet the qualifications of my standards you hang above their heads like promotional banners blowing all of the competition right out of the water you're more loyal than anyone I ever could've thought of you keep my body healthy like the nutrients in fruits to keep track of my happiness you're constantly in pursuit floating through my soul like a fugitive spirit on the run protecting me from the poison of the bullets emerging from the gun taking care of some unfinished business that has been left undone right over my shoulder in the form of droplets you rain guarding my heart with your shield like an empress supreme you reign whenever I feel extinguished you know just how to rekindle the flames baby you're killing me softly like a tumor in my brain as my lover you're my slowest form of suicide I'm submissive so what we do next is for you to decide 'cause you're filled with surprises and so much beauty inside you're like the air beneath my wings with your support I'll forever glide By Glenn McCrary © 2010 Glenn McCrary (All rights reserved)
