HEART AND DAGGER
HEART AND DAGGER * Oh, the heart and dagger have no mercy! Speaking in tongues, they will fabricate lies from truths which only our hearts can deny. Let death come down and escort me early, since living has taken all dignity I will never again be compromised-- by a suitor who comes in thin disguise. My heart shall remain under lock and key * Oh the heart and the dagger knows no rest. They deny the hearts that are loved the least. With tears to shed as it pierces the heart, tis when the dagger is put to the test. Though no one can know when the heart shall cease Tis death’s sweet revenge to have it released. * WordPlaya, June 7, 2010
