Heaven's Hope

You may touch the stars that fall from heaven Move with the trees that sway in a summer’s breeze But look inside your heart to find the peace That will bring you to your knees. Shower yourself with patience As time moves fast in our lives Stand alone and uncertain As you knock on the door of the divine. Run your fingers through the grass Tap your toes in the water at the shore Find a deep well filled with happiness And toss a coin to wish for more.
