Heavenly Home
As I intensely ponder what may lie yonder. Do we really go to a heavenly place after we run the good race? We spend our lives doing good Like all Christians should. We try to live like Jesus every day But miss the mark like always. We go to church on Sunday We sing hymns, kneel and pray Our demeanor that day, we try to be meek. Then we act like the devil the rest of the week. We are to be an example to everyone But we trample all over God's Only Son! We must try harder to be like Him Not be tossed to and fro by the wind. At the end of it all have we done all that we can So will we go to Hades or meet our loved ones again? In the Sweet bye and bye in that heavenly home There we will worship and sing praises to Him alone. .
