Heavenly Secrets

·Boffin

I dreamt of a night quite like this one After my heart stopped pounding my flesh was done The new me resembles the murky mist that kisses the ground In the deepest undergrowth of its soil I am found Don't take the needle from the hay-stack, thats where it belongs Help me find my feet so that I may right my wrongs All these fruits that run from the spirit take hold of my ankles And divulge the heavenly secrets into the wooden chest And toss the blackness out with all the rest Its been days since nights seemed like this which move under its breast With the sweet tone of early singing And its colours and smells that aren't afraid of bringing I take hold of entities that threaten my body As the sun dances in the palm of my hand lightly Don't waste away oh troubled one Because in the morning all is won And heavenly secrets are fair and done They hold it not for your harm or not to miscarry But to dissolve you into your sleep and your dreams will you marry.
