Here-Now
"Wisdom is the province of the aged, But the heart of a child is pure." Oh, my dear thinking machines! You should give it up and admit You aren't making any real progress You just frustrate yourselves running Turning the windmills of your minds You are merely conditioned to do so To grind yourselves down to the bone But I want you to forget about all of that To return to a state of simply being Unwind into a relaxed form of existence You overthink it thereby setting traps Not just for others but also for yourselves Losing yourselves to some kind of seriousness You've seen the rewards a couple of times But this only serves for practical purposes When it comes to the state of awareness The former method would be the hard way To be care free and happy I recommend To not force things with heavy expectations But to simply be yourselves in the here-now
