Heroin Love

Who is this lonely stranger who doesn't have a past. With such sorrow in his heart, That he had to resort to the druggies dust Is there not an angel who will save him From this crooked life Should we pray for someone so broken Or hand him a sharpened knife. Who is this lonely stranger who lost his hopes and dreams, Who gave up on mortality and ripped life at the seems. Who is this lonely stranger who cover’s his blood shot eyes, Only the tinted lenses protect him from the formidable lies. The doctors tried to help ,with patience short of fuse, Why should they help this loser, while the innocent loose. Who is this lonely stranger who shouts “its all your fault” Who cant remember who he is or why such pain is felt. Where pity is lost and tolerance gone, Where hardship felt but nothing done, With body numb and mind at ease, This is the only one way he doesn't feel a disease, A disease that couldn't say no and now is hooked A disease that drives him mad from dawn till dusk A disease that gets harder, and harder every time to please. What a predicament, what a life, What a sad existence, what a common strife, So good bye lonely stranger and with my heart you don't go You are nothing to me ,just a stereotype of time, Another failure of man, adding to the long line.
