A leopard, bold and swift, killed a gazelle, now fancies himself king of beasts the rush of bravado blinded him, as he proudly carries the gazelle for smaller beasts to gush in awe but hyenas know best to wait in shadow for vain creatures to forget their station before coming in to steal such glory and lions know their bellies are full for leopards are pawns to do hard work before being knocked down to recognize their place
